Upstairs Suite

The Upstairs Suite is our most popular accommodation in the large log cabin lodge. This suite takes up the full upstairs with a queen log bed, couch, and private attached bath with a tub and separate shower. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. Great windows allow lots of light and will make you feel as though you are sleeping in the treetops. All windows also have light-blocking coverings for the long days of summer. The suite has a smart TV for guest use. Suite guests have shared access to our large kitchen, lounge area, and front deck with lots of seating and fire tables. You will also find a firepit at the lodge.

Policies

• DEPOSIT:
  A deposit equal to the first night's stay is charged at the time of reservation. The remainder of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. If for any reason the transaction is declined, we will contact you through the provided contact information for updated payment card. Should we be unable to make contact with you within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that Meandering Moose has current contact information and credit card data. Upon check-in, a hold in the amount of $250 or less will be required as an incidental deposit. This hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out.
   
  
• RATES:
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Our rates are based on one or two guests. The exception to this is our Mangy Moose Cabin which sleeps up to eight and the rate is based on four guests. $25 per guest after 4. Children 5 and under are free but still count in the total number of guests.
   
  
• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
  Check-in is between 3 and 9pm. We do not accept early or late checkins. Guests must be checked in by 9pm when our office closes or reservation will be considered a no show.
  Check-out is by 11am. There is a $100 fee for any check-out after 11am. Must be checked out by 12noon
   
  
• NO PETS:
  We have a new no-pets policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
   
  
• CANCELLATION:
  Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund within 24 hours of booking. 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check-in. No refund after that.
   
  
• Liability:
  The guest or his/her agents shall compensate the lodge for damages to Meandering Moose Lodging property caused through intention or negligence on the part of the guest. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on Meandering Moose Lodging property. In the event of smoke or smoky odor due to smoking or electronic cigarettes, the guest shall be responsible for additional cleaning fees to remove the smoke odor and repair any damages incurred.
